FTC petitioned to look up CarMax from selling defected used car

According to famous car sale in Cambodia MG Cambodia report, Federal Trade Commission has been reportedly requested to call CarMax, the US largest used car retailer, about the defected used car being sold.

FTC has been requested by Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) and 11 other groups to look deep into the American dealer used cars if any of those has recalls.

Mr. Schumer said, "Car dealers shouldn't sell used cars that have a safety recall to consumers, period,"

He added, "Far too many times we have seen the tragic and often fatal consequences when deficient cars are allowed on the road, and it's time for the FTC to do everything it can to put a stop to it."

However, the FTC has not formally react to the call for action yet.
